These Terms of Service govern your use of steelecompass.com and your purchase of any products or services through our Site. By using our Site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us
Steele Compass ("Steele Compass," "we," "us," or "our") is operated by Steele Compass LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, located at 30 N Gould St #48693, Sheridan, WY 82801. These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of steelecompass.com (the "Site"), including our online shop, blog, and any products or services offered through it.
2. Digital Products
All ebooks, workbooks, guides, and other digital products sold through our Site are licensed for your personal, individual use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share digital products with others without our express written permission.
Digital products are delivered electronically upon completed purchase. It is your responsibility to provide accurate contact and payment information to ensure successful delivery.
3. Payment
For digital products and one-on-one and group qualitative research consultng, we accept payment via Woo Pay, which accepts major credit cards, Google Pay, and Klarna (Klarna is available only for select products at checkout). Payment is due in full at the time of purchase for digital products. For other consulting engagements, payment will be faciliated by Found, a fintech platform used for invoicing and payment processing for clients who choose to pay via major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers. Stripe is the payment processor is Steele Compass LLC's designated payment processor for all credit card and debit card payments for all engagements and products.
4. No Refund Policy
All sales of digital products and services purchased through the Site are final and non-refundable, including but not limited to ebooks, workbooks, research coaching sessions, and other digital or service-based offerings, except where required by law.
Consulting and strategy engagements booked under a separate signed service agreement are governed by the cancellation and termination terms set forth in that agreement, including applicable deposit, kill fee, and Work Product provisions. If you have questions about the terms of a specific engagement, please refer to your signed service agreement or contact us at info@steelecompass.com.
5. Consulting & Strategy Services
Any brand strategy, marketing strategy, research consulting, scholarship strategy, author strategy, or other consulting service offered by Steele Compass is governed by a separate, signed service agreement entered into directly between you (or your organization) and Steele Compass LLC prior to the commencement of any work. These Terms do not replace or supersede that agreement; where a conflict exists between these Terms and a signed service agreement, the signed service agreement governs.
Discovery calls are offered as an opportunity to discuss your needs and determine fit. Booking a discovery call does not guarantee a proposal, quote, or offer of services. Steele Compass reserves the right to decline to engage with any prospective client at its sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, the name "Steele Compass," the phrase "True North," the tagline "A Place to Be, Then Become," book content, research, frameworks, and digital products — is the property of Steele Compass LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. "Steele Compass," "True North," and "A Place to Be, Then Become" are trademarks™ of Steele Compass LLC, whether or not they appear with a trademark symbol in every instance.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Professional Advice
Content provided through our Site, products, and services — including all books published by Steele Compass LLC, ebooks, blog content, and research materials — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute therapeutic, psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice, and is not a substitute for professional care. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steele Compass LLC and its founder, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
